The ethos of the clinic is to educate and inform patients, not just treat them, as this leads to the patient being able to make more informed decisions and less likely to re-injure themselves and therefore need less treatment; this also has the offshoot of allowing the patient to be more independent from the practitioner. Patients are encouraged to contact myself if they are worried about anything or just have a question about their treatment or condition.
